Terms of use
Last updated
Draft. Under review before publication.
These terms cover your use of this website, which North Arm AI publishes to describe North Arm and to take demo requests. They apply to the website only. Any pilot or use of North Arm itself runs under a separate written agreement.
Acceptance of these terms
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site. We may change the terms as set out below, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Permitted use
You may read the site, link to it, and share its address. You may quote short passages to describe or discuss North Arm, with attribution.
You may not:
- Copy the site, or a substantial part of it, and republish it as your own.
- Run automated tools against the site at a rate or scale that interferes with it, or that goes beyond what a search engine does to index it.
- Submit the demo form with information that is false or that belongs to someone else, or submit it by automated means.
- Try to gain access to our hosting account or to any system behind the site.
- Use the site or its content to present another product as North Arm, or to suggest an endorsement we have not given.
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The North Arm and North Arm AI names and the North Arm mark belong to us. You may use the names to refer to us accurately. You may not use them, or anything confusingly similar to them, as the name or mark of a product or service of your own.
The text, images, layout, and code that make up the site, including the sample data room shown on the home page, belong to us or to the parties that licensed them to us, and copyright and related laws protect them. Publishing them here does not transfer any of those rights to you.
Third-party components on the site, such as the typefaces, carry their own licenses, and those licenses govern them.
No warranty on site content
We provide the site and everything on it "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the content accurate and current, and we make no warranty that it is. Descriptions of what North Arm does describe the product at the time of writing; the product changes, and the site may lag behind it. The deal, documents, and figures shown in the product window on the home page are illustrative and do not describe any real transaction.
Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or professional advice, and nothing on it is an offer or a contract. If you need a commitment from us, ask for one in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable to you for any loss or damage that arises from using the site or relying on its content, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, and loss of data, whether the claim is in contract, tort, or otherwise, and even if we knew such a loss was possible.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites and services, and Google serves its typefaces under Google's own terms. We do not control sites we do not run, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data. A link is not an endorsement.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page and updating the date at the top. The version published here is the one that applies, from the date it shows.
Governing law
The law of [State] governs these terms. Any dispute about them goes to the courts of [State], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
